Peleteria Luis Campoy will not be responsible for errors caused in the delivery if the address provided in the purchase process by the client is not correct, is incomplete or has been omitted. As well as, once the order is placed, it is not allowed to make any changes to the shipping address.
The product processing time is 1 to 4 business days from the time the order is placed.
Once the order has been processed, deliveries are expected within 7 working days in Spain, after receiving confirmation that the order has been correctly placed.
Due to the current situation, some orders may be slightly delayed (due to COVID-19).

Peleteria Luis Campoy accepts returns of broken or defective items within 15 calendar days, beginning on the day the order is received. The consumer may choose between the refund of the amount or the replacement for another product.
Returns are accepted as long as they are within this period of 15 days and the product is in its original packaging and unused.
In case of return, the direct cost of returning the product or service will be assumed by the consumer, as stated in the LGCU.

Can I cancel my order?
Peleteria Luis Campoy does not currently have this service and it is not possible to cancel the order.
What happens if I have not received my order?
The delivery time is 7 working days. If this time has passed (and currently taking into account that it may suffer delays due to Covid-19), contact us as soon as possible: email@example.com .
You can claim a new shipment with all those products requested in the first order, as long as the shipping address is the same.
